Basic Lawn Care Program

Full year with 6 services that include:

FERTILIZER: Properly timed granular and liquid feedings to promote thick, vibrant lawns with a vigorous root system.

BROADLEAF WEED CONTROL: Ongoing tailored applications to rid your lawn of over 100 common weeds.

LAWN INSECT CONTROL: Applications in the summer breeding season to clear up infestations of chinchbugs, sod webworms and other turf destroying insects.

LAWN DISEASE CONTROL: No other company provides Lawn Disease Control as part of their program. Pro Lawn Plus does. Should a fungus attack your lawn, we'll apply materials to control it as needed.

Deluxe Lawn Care Program

Our deluxe program includes all of the above described applications plus also includes:

CRABRASS and BROADLEAF PREEMERGENT: Early spring crabgrass and broadleaf pre-emergent applications help prevent the intrusion of crabgrass and most broadleaf weeds. No pre-emergent is 100% effective all the time due to weather and other factors, but TWO applications a year, spring and fall. Two applications can help our slow growing lawn grasses compete aggressively against weed encroachment and aid in the fight to keep crabgrass from infestation your lawn.

CORE AERATION:Performed throughout the growing season, this valuable service helps control thatch buildup and relieve soil compaction. Aeration loosens the soil, improving air flow, increasing microbial growth and water penetration. This treatment also helps important fertilizer components and nutrients reach the root zone where they feed plants and help them thrive. A core aeration is the best organic treatment for your lawn.

Core Aeration is the best organic treatment for your lawn and is included as (1) of your nine (9) DELUXE Lawn Care Program Treatments.

Additional Services

At times, even the best maintained lawn needs something extra. Pro Lawn Plus offers many additional services designed to solve specific lawn problems that may effect lawns in northeast Florida. Verticutting/Dethatching to remove heavy thatch from lawns. Core Aeration to open the soil up and allow an award-winning lawn to grow. Disease Control for uncommon diseases like Take-All-Patch. Liming / pH Analysis to adjust the pH of the lawn for optimal growth. Nematode Analysis to see if these parasitic roundworms are infesting your lawn's roots. Perimeter Pest Control provided on a quarterly basis to protect your home from insect invaders.
